Description

A versatile 165 mm kitchen knife that handles most slicing, dicing and mincing tasks with ease. Its simple, geometric silhouette features a bio-resin handle (partly made from vegetable waste) available in handmade, marbled patterns or solid color. With core steel hardened to 62 HRC, it offers exceptional sharpness and durability. Designed for a natural pinch grip, the Santoku’s balance point sits just forward of the handle for good control and comfort. A light sandblasted finish and engraved nomi logo complete the blade.

Care

Handle with care. Always use nomi knives with a secure grip and only for food preparation.

Use a wooden or plastic cutting board. Hard surfaces like glass, marble, or ceramic can damage the edge.

Hand wash only. Harsh detergents and prolonged water exposure can cause the steel to rust.

Dry immediately with a soft cloth.

Store safely in a knife block, a protective drawer insert, or on a magnetic knife strip. Avoid storing knives loose in drawers to prevent dulling. A dull knife increases the risk of slipping and injury.

For best results, have your knife professionally sharpened every 6 to 12 months with regular use. Maintain the edge with a honing steel between sharpening.
